The Story Behind Lifeline Pharmacy
Lifeline Pharmacy was built on a foundation of care, commitment, and a deep understanding of the needs within our community. As lifelong residents, we have always been passionate about providing exceptional pharmacy services, and that journey began with our work in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy.
For years, we’ve had the privilege of serving local nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other long-term care communities. Through this experience, we saw firsthand how vital personalized, patient-focused pharmacy care is—especially for those who rely on consistent, compassionate support for their medications. But outside of LTC, we also saw a growing problem:
Independent pharmacies were disappearing.
With each closure, our community lost more than just a business—it lost trusted relationships, personalized service, and a pharmacy that truly understood the people it served. We watched as patients were forced into larger, corporate chains where they became just another number. That didn’t sit right with us.
We knew we had to do something.
That’s why we decided to expand Lifeline Pharmacy—not just as a provider for long-term care, but as a full-service independent pharmacy for everyone. Our goal is to bring back the personal touch, expert care, and community-centered service that so many have lost.
On March 1, 2025, we’re opening our doors to the public, ready to serve our neighbors with the same dedication and excellence that have defined our work in long-term care. Lifeline Pharmacy isn’t just about filling prescriptions—it’s about building relationships, restoring trust in local pharmacy care, and making sure our community always has a place to turn.
This is more than a business for us—it’s a mission. And we can’t wait to welcome you.

Wally Williams
Founder
Wally Williams is one of the founders of LifeLine Pharmacy. His work experience in the pharmacy industry has given him the knowledge to make a long-term pharmacy function at its best.
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a pharmacy degree in 1990, Wally worked at a busy independent retail pharmacy in Ohio for seven years. Feeling he could do more with his skills, he began working as a pharmacist at a large regional long-term pharmacy, eventually became a manager, then Director of Pharmacy Operations. After cofounding LifeLine, he moved to Florida to expand the company’s operations there under the name of Chronic Care Pharmacy. Wally has two girls, Elizabeth and Olivia.
